US pecans are the star of O’Chim’s cheerful tart, sitting pretty in golden syrup, in a shell made with cream cheese and butter. Seductively laced with dark chocolate.
Add a portion of our delectable freshly whipped cream to set off your Pecan Pie (or any pie for that matter) nicely.
It really is what’s inside that counts. O’Chim’s pecan pies are made entirely from scratch, crust to crown. Each crust is moulded from a mix of cream cheese, butter, flour and cream, then blind baked before being filled with pecans, golden syrup, butter and homemade vanilla extract.
We highly recommend it any time you get together with loved ones, and washing it down with a sip of fine whiskey. This pie doesn’t need ice-cream, but if you must have a side, our freshly whipped cream works best.
