It really is what’s inside that counts. O’Chim’s pecan pies are made entirely from scratch, crust to crown. Each crust is moulded from a mix of cream cheese, butter, flour and cream, then blind baked before being filled with pecans, golden syrup, butter and homemade vanilla extract.

We highly recommend it any time you get together with loved ones, and washing it down with a sip of fine whiskey. This pie doesn’t need ice-cream, but if you must have a side, our freshly whipped cream works best.

Contains: Pecan nuts, golden syrup, sugar, salt, eggs, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract (contains alcohol), butter, plain flour, cream cheese, cream, chocolate. If you are allergic to any of these ingredients, do not eat.
